Hello guys, 

God bless everyone who awaites their VAWA approvals. 🙏🙏🙏

I’ve got mine aprovoval recently and I’m still trying to figure out what has happened to my I-485 application, filed with my absusive husband. I’m not sure weather it was denied 🙅and I have to file a new one  or it was put on hold. 

How can I check the real status for my I-485?? 🤔 I need to do a double check.

As for now the USCIS for I485 site says that they transferred my case to the other office and now they have the Jurisdiction over it. Although, it also said before that my I-485 was denied. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ It’s very confusing.

I’m still hoping maybe my I485 is still pending, my lawyer said he is trying to figure it out, before we file a new one and spend a bunch of $$$.😱 I mean if I file a new one, and I have a daughter who goes with me under the case, so it’s two, plus medical checks for both, I’m afraid I cannot afford it. 😳 

Please, I need an advice. 🙏🙏

I didn’t receive any denial letter, as I’ve moved out already and changed the lawyer and I don’t know if they’ve sent it at all. 

My new lawyer and I, we thought I-485 was put on hold. As when we checked the case status it was said  «case transferred». Take a look at my history, I mean it is confusing, isn't it? 🙈🙈

Does anyone know how long it takes to get ead card renewal!! Help please ! .. mine will expire may 24 and my lawyer just sent the paperwork last week !

i'M Still waiting I am from August 2018, but when you renew on time you will received 180 days extension.

Im just so worried bc idk if ill get it on time my lawyer nvr gave me a heads up she only did it bc i called her n asked about it !

You have to be on top of your renewal don'r rely everything on your lawyer, you can renew up to 90days before expires , make sure is sent out so you can received the 180days extension so you can keep working until the actual EAD card arrives.

Hope not dear! if you lawyer sent out today than just wait for the receipt describes you have 180 days automatic extension when you renew you provide the receipt to your employer.
