Nope! The status says completed fingerprint review and that they are processing it. But hopefully ny EAD c31 would suffice abd they wouldn't be any gap in my authorization to work. When my attorney made the error of sending it to NBC instead of Vermont, I was devasted because I asked and pleaded she send it to Vermont..but she as usual thought she knew it all..I only prayed my Vawa be approved so I get the c31 card to avoid unnecessary delay!

how long was the renewal sent to NBC

Don't want to put your hopes down, but EAD are taking a little more time than usual maybe around 4-6 months. Hope yours comes on time, maybe can show your employer the receipt the you already renew see if he can wait.

It's said that 99% of lawyers give the rest a bad name. :P

Sandra, here, is the shining exception, of course.

Thanks TBoneTX.

Last years 3 people that I know  were arrested when attending the AOS  interview because their attorneys didn't ask the Court to terminate the removal proceedings, and  I told them that USCIS would  arrest them but their attorneys said that I  had no clue about VAWA and removal proceedings, two were deported, one GIRL the Court allowed her to stay because of the civil war in  Syria.

Just now received an update for my I-360. It was filed in March 2018.

They request additional documentation. Normally what they want comes in the paper notice, right?

I don't trust my lawyers at all and suspect they might filed something wrong. What do they normally request and what recommendation you have regarding this? And how long does it take them to start reviewing these additional evidences till they make a decision on the petition? Thank you so much in advance! Thanks to this forum I found out lots of important things.

The best is to wait and see what are they requesting, and respond according to what they are asking could be Moral character, bonified marriage proof anything they are missing. soon as you submit the documentation they will continue working on your case, Is good to know that they are reviewing 2018 cases my was filed on June 2018. I haven't received any RFE just mine Prima Facie..

Please wish me luck! Really need this. So much suffering already gone through :(

Prayers to everybody! We all here can relate to what has been passed. My lawyers also applied my I-765 under C31 and I'm still without papers. We filed the new under C09 2 weeks ago.

Wonder if that new form is there along with other papers might it affect any bad way since they started review the petition?

Everything is unclear and with my lawyers I have to dig into all information myself sadly. They're not useful at all.

hello Sandra, how are you? hope you are doing great! please i need ur help losing my mind had interview on march 15th till date no updates or nothing if my case is being reviewed or not, i’m just worried that it might because my divorce is still pending in court and i was still married to my abusive husband when i filed? please @sandranj can u help me clear this doubt? is it normal to to have gotten any notifications on wether it is under review ?Thanks for your help!

The divorce has anything to do with the waiting time . There are 2 people I know that  got their green card  7months after the AOS interview. There was a visa journey member  that got her green card 3 years after the AOS interview, it’s true ,she had the Congress person involved 7 times , several infopass appointments and they took 3 years  to issue her green card. Start worrying just after  180 days.
