For those who were asking about fingerprint on docs. My EAD got delivered today and YES it does have my fingerprint.

Hello everybody I submitted my i360 On the 21st of March but my lawyer filled form G28 so as to represent me and he used his address and my address too which am about to leave now ..I want to ask when they are going to send the receipt for my i360 ,how long does it take you people to receive your receipt and are they going to send the receipt to my lawyer alone or to both of us ...and lastly how long is it gonna take me to get the rfe they sent after I went for the marriage interview where I told the officer that I was abused but she said she’s gonna deny my i485 but till now it’s still showing request for initial evidence ...please house I need your response..God bless you all

they will send to your lawyer, it all depends some receipts takes like a month to be delivered some take less than a month so it all depends.

I think we need @sandraj help to clarify how local USCIS center consider our case , as if the current priority date   ( on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)  is same as that of our filing date of I-360 & I-485 ?

In my case I filed the packet together 

May 25 2017 I485, I765 and I360

Oct 29 2018 I360 approval with EAD C31

Dec 6 2018 I131

Feb 22 2019 I765 C09 approval

March 13 2019 Courtesy Letter with I693 request to bring with me when I get Interview.

Im preparing to file for vawa. ive been going to a psychologist for 3 months now. he is willing to help me writing a psychological evaluation.

what should this evaluation include? is it an evaluation or a letter like an affidavit? thanks

Like affidavit letter, explaining your mental/physical state of mind/body from the time you started therapy and what you had express about the abused beginning from the 1st time you met un to when the abused started and so on... I know it is painful to remember.

If you could get Psychiatrist affidavit will be great too with prescription medication to help you cope with the trauma.

My WAVA case just change and  is asking for additional evidence is that bad or a a good thing? I know that this is. Stupid question but I have never had that.

I think they were asking about signature and not fingerprints
