Lot's of folks here get RFE it's not a deal breaker..you'll be approved..but first let's see what they're asking for..you don't need taxes dear..calm down!☺

Thank You. what did they ask from you i your RFE? Do you think I-865W would be the evidence?

My dear blujewel! 💎😊  thought you left already..anyways you just need your passport and AP to make that trip! You have your state i.d? Not a problem..your passport doubles as an i.d! You'll be fine sweety..I can see you still a bit anxious 😓 LOL! Take care!❤

Good moral character, good faith marriage and shared residence! Most folks get just good moral character... Or just good faith marriage..or just shared residence... I understand that when you file for vawa...because it's a self petition affair, you do not need to concern yourself with anything that has to do with your previous sponsor..as you do not need one! Prove you were legally married and it was a bonafide one..that you guys lived together..it's fine! Truth is you need to see what they are asking for..until then try and relax!😊😸

Hi Guys

I received RFE yesterday after 18 months since my vawa filed. I am very concern at this point, I have received and RFE. The online status say "REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE WAS MAILED". I have sent everything with my package when I applied for it. However, I have not included I-865W with the package. Do you guys think they might ask for it and also 2018 tax returns? Your early responses will be highly appreciated

Thank You

You shouldn’t worry a lot about RFE’s because it will tell you exactly what they need. I believe it something simple as a Police Clearance etc. and I-865W is not an issue either because I didn’t submitted one. Just wait for it and see exactly what they are asking for.

Same thing I'm trying to pass along..but you know how it is..the anxiety..until everything is settled LOL! I am sure it's something very simple like I said earlier.😊👍

To travel you just need, Passport and your EAD combo Card... but if you don't have EAD / AP combo,  than you need to take your advance Parole document and passport... (I took all my receipts and proof but they don't ask for that)

okay thank you. I changed my name when i got married to my ex-husbands last name which i have changed back to my maiden name. However, USCIS didn't update my name yet even though i have written them about it. t be a problem at the POE?

Thank you. I got approved in 7/10/ 2018 and still to get even a courtesy letter. I am in Dallas Local Office. I guess our processing times are slower 😔.

I noticed that Dallas, Chicago and NYC are amongst the slowest..but still I think all cases differs..as I've also seen fast interviews scheduled..hoping mine goes fast as well. Please note that not everyone gets courtesy letter..you may just be surprised to find your interview is scheduled one of these days!😊

Based on my experience just bring your 1-131 approval form notice and your combo card that's it!
