news: I got my medical request from Chicago office but no interview date yet... it says to do medical before June 29th, I don’t know what does it means?! Do you?!

 

Bank  and passport I did Already, this has been my number 1 priority! 

 

The thing about your medical is strange... it is not negative so that is good. I would think that the interview is coming soon...well lets manifest that right

Yes! But me envelope will be sealed on Monday because I was waiting for a test result so I pretty much done ✅

Im the one who have intent to revoke notice but there is too many mistake in there notice. they said we approved your pettion in 2012 but i never ever filed any immigration pettion before 2017. they sent me c31 card after 3rd RFE in jan 2019 without any approvel notice and then in mar 2019 they sent me intent to revoke notice  my attorney replied that notice in april 2019 now im wating

Thank you. I got approved in 7/10/ 2018 and still to get even a courtesy letter. I am in Dallas Local Office. I guess our processing times are slower 😔.

To travel you just need, Passport and your EAD combo Card... but if you don't have EAD / AP combo,  than you need to take your advance Parole document and passport... (I took all my receipts and proof but they don't ask for that)

I received RFE yesterday after 18 months since my vawa filed. I am very concern at this point, I have received and RFE. The online status say "REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE WAS MAILED". I have sent everything with my package when I applied for it. However, I have not included I-865W with the package. Do you guys think they might ask for it and also 2018 tax returns? Your early responses will be highly appreciated

I received RFE at about same time as you..request for additional evidence..relax..you might find It's just a simple RFE! My VAWA is approved now! It got approved shortly after I responded yo the RFE! Lot's of folks here get RFE it's not a deal breaker..you'll be approved..but first let's see what they're asking for..you don't need taxes dear..calm down!☺
