Good news is that MY VAWA status approval status showing on USCIS site. 🎉

Congrats, I am a March 2017 filler. I got approved on August 09, 2018 and received medical courtesy letter on Sept. I have been waiting ever since. I am in NY which is one of the states with the longest wait time for I485 processing.

Hello house ,I am about to change my address cause I will be moving into my new room by next week cause my wife been stalking over me so i think I need to move out of that house ...I think she heard I was still living there after she moved out .my landlord is a snitch,he might be the one doing all that ..but to be on a safer side I had to desperately get another room..but the issue on the ground now is that I just submitted my i360 last week and I used my Lawyer’s address and our address that we were both living ..I should have left but there was no room available for me to rent that’s why I kept living there,though she packed out and I changed the keys ..cause she said she wanna see how I am going to be able to pay the rent cause I don’t work but fortunately I got my work permit...but now i want to change my address ...I was told to send the change of address to VErmont for my case and make sure I notarize it so that they can know it’s me ...but when I checked change of address for AR11 I saw last year form that has expired can I use it like that ..or I have to wait for the new AR11 form ..and again is it the form I’m going to Notarize or I write my statement on a paper then notarize it and add the AR 11 form to it so that they can know that it came from me ..please I need your response cause I need to move out of this address cause I’m afraid of my wife cause she could send people to injure me just like she said ..so please can you tell me how to go about the changing of this address that it won’t afffect my case that I will still be able to receive my letters from the USCIS ..although I am also using my lawyers address as well cause he is the one representing me which I know that they gonna send my mail to his address too ..but I need to change my address to the current address I am moving to next week ..so should I use the 2018 AR 11 form ...and again I still haven’t received the request for evidence they sent after I went for the interview where I told them that they should help me hold the i485 ...please I need your response..on how to go about the change of address successfully cause my landlord is very mean and wicked ..she is the one that told my wife that I still live there ...

Go to the official USCIS site and download the AR11 form. Just FYI- there are expiration dates and edition dates. You have to have the most current edition. The most current edition can have an expiration dates in the past. The expired expiration date DOES NOT mean the form can not be used. Previous editions can not be used. Expiration dates are if the form is open to comments from agencies. Once its expired people cant offer comments or suggestions on how to improve the form and such. Expiration dates on forms are N/A to filers. Edition dates are all that matter.

Thank you for replying my question ..how should I notarize the AR 11 form ..should I write my statement on a paper and notarize it and file with the AR 11 form ...and it’s only the one for 08/31/2018 I’m only seeing on the Uscis website..should I just use that..like priinting it out and filling the my new address and send it to Vermont ..

I do not know which date they consider for the AoS interview, The date of VAWA filing that was april-2017 (And my case  I-485 is still in Vermont center ) ?

or 18 more months from VAWA approval date that is March 2019. I do not know how it works, Anybody senior please clarify 😲?

Not sure how it works but I had seeing in others timelines that takes around 2 years from start to finish with Interview plus 30 days to get GC in the mail.

I am May 2017 filler I was approved on October 2018 with EAD c31 and  I765 c09 approval on February 2019 and Courtesy Letter on March 2019 so I am waiting for my I485 Interview, Chicago Office.

Hi guys, I'm a Nov 2017 filer, I got a notification today that they are still reviewing my case. This is the first notification I have received since March 2018 when they received my response to RFE.  I know it's not much but at least they are reviewing Nov 2017 cases. 😇

I’m also Nov 2017 filer and my last update was April 2018 when they received my answer to RFE. Our timelines are similar.

today was my interview it took 30 minutes yes and no questions she took my divorce decree and gave me notice that my green card is approved and after 20 mins i got the status update that my card is being produced for i485 so happy

I think we need @sandraj help to clarify how local USCIS center consider our case , as if the current priority date   ( on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/)  is same as that of our filing date of I-360 & I-485 ?
