I applied March 2017 and was expecting an approval around August or September..or even October 2018..nothing! After waiting for what seems like forever..I was served an RFE in November 2018..I was devastated! My attorney wasn't helping matters with how slow she was moving..My response was ready by December 2018 but my attorney needed to go on vacation and said it will be sent when she returns! Lord knows I desperately wanted to be superman and spiderman just so I can jump on the plane and carry it back to N.Y. so she could attend to my case! Finally in Jan 2019 the RFE was sent and I got my approval in March 2019! I hope that this gives hope to people who feel their case is taking too long! You all will get your approvals!🙏

Hello beautiful people. I want to congrats all of you guys who got approved 🎉🎉

I just received today my work authorization under c31 with my fingerprint on it.🎊🎊

It will expire in one year. I waited for a long time. I got a denial once for not supplying my background from my home country and here in USA.  I am April 2017 filer. I will put my timeline below. Can anybody tell me what’s going to happen next in my case? I believe my other work authorization was under c9. What does the c31 means? Does that show vawa will get approve or not?

I really want to thank all of you guys for the support you give people.

I don’t understand this vawa revocation..how can the revoke vawa approval after 7 years ...that petitioner might have even gotten his or her green card and they revoke the vawa approval ,I Dnt understand ..they approved vawa 2012 and they send intent to revoke 2019,if I’m right that vawa applicant would have even received his or her green card ,so that means people that got approved and get their green card aren’t save too..that concept is somewhat retarded to me ..you sending intent to revoke after 7 years or I’m getting something wrong here...have even seen some cases like that on avvo.com ..revocation after 5 years ...so that person green card will be revoked too ?? Please house I need an answer to this ,I Dnt understand

Ur green card can be revoked at anytime, if it has been determined that it was obtained incorrectly.

That’s strange, didn’t they take look at all the application before approving it...well it’s very rare to revoke vawa approval..I researched about it on various forums and sites ..it happens but very rare

Hello my name is Ace

My I360 was approved on Nov 2018, then I filed my I485 + I765 and the Vermont Office received my case on Jan 2019. Two months later I had the biometrics appointment. Later ( abt a month) the Vermont office send me a letter said to speed up the process they transfer my I485 case to NBC Lee summit office.

I am wondering if it is normal time process?

can how long that I can expect my EAD card and my I485 interview?

Please help ❤️
