Pls help me beg USCIS to put the trumpet down ,Since December 2016/January 2017 that USCIS was given a Trumpet to blow ,applications has never remain thesame..  They keep blowing the Trumpet endlessly......

Is nothing we can do... Is the government we can just use our resources to help us move things along (Congressman, Senator) etc and Our Lord God which is above all government and authority.

Hi all ❤️

My lawyer sent my EAD and Travel document application last week for renewal before my card expires .. i got the receipt today ,The noice says that ism eligible under C09 .. but i found out that my lawyer sent them to Nebraska ,, my first package was sent to vermont with i360 .. i don’t know why he sent them this time to Nebraska !

Is that okay ?? Or i should call him to send it to vermont ??

Thanks guys

Thank God for the receipt. As long as you petitioned for vawa, the application is supposed to be sent to Vermont. My attorney sent mine to NBC as well..I also got NOA..still waiting as online status says they're processing it. Talking about my c9 EAD renewal! NBC will forward it to Vermont your lawyer doesn't need to. This info is from sandra the attorney here!😊 👍 All the best!

Hey all !!!

So my lawyer just to let me know that he received my green card also also along with my 6 yrs old son...  however my 16 yrs old son was not sent. When we went for our interview he has to do his Fingerprints because he had turned 14 during the process... the office told us he would received it he would process everything together however his 1485 status has not updated since .... should I be concerned...

I wish I everyone a speedy process. God bless

Online status can't be solely relied on! No need to be concerned if the officer said he would receive it! Many folks went the whole way without reliable update online! So i'ld take the officer's word and stay expectant and hopeful!😊

I applied March 2017 and was expecting an approval around August or September..or even October 2018..nothing! After waiting for what seems like forever..I was served an RFE in November 2018..I was devastated! My attorney wasn't helping matters with how slow she was moving..My response was ready by December 2018 but my attorney needed to go on vacation and said it will be sent when she returns! Lord knows I desperately wanted to be superman and spiderman just so I can jump on the plane and carry it back to N.Y. so she could attend to my case! Finally in Jan 2019 the RFE was sent and I got my approval in March 2019! I hope that this gives hope to people who feel their case is taking too long! You all will get your approvals!🙏

He will also get it, maybe is just the fingerprints being process since he took it after interview. it shouldn't be much longer.
