I don’t even know how to give advice for EAD renewal as my application was sent under C31 by mistake and I didn’t even try to change it. Never had to renew because I only use Ltd it for basically 4 months.

How should I file for the renewal of my i765,I have a pending i485 and also I have my vawa application filed already and have received prima facie..I got the first ead through my abusive wife but she refused to follow me to the interview ..so how can i renew my i765..

RFE are some times like a missing Document or a translation needed or Police Clearance or an affidavit from a Therapist. Nothing to worry, RFE doesn’t mean trouble, it is just to provide more documents so the officer can make a decision.

I had RFE on 9/7/2018 USCIS requested my divorce certificate.

I sent it on 9/27/2018 I got approved on 10/29/2018

Speaking in general to whom it may concern! You can renew EADs by sending in the i485 receipt notice (copy), copy of the EAD to be renewed, also not sure why but my attorney requested I add two passport photographs and set it on course to Vermont! ✈..just incase anyone is wondering what document is needed! Thanks!!!😊✌

Thanks for the info,I notice from the thread that Vermont reject renewals for EAD and advance parole if payment is not included.

Does that mean if your  EAD or advance parole was waived from the beginning(when you initially filed)you have to pay when you want to renew?

I'm in awe myself when I hear and read of folks saying they had to pay for renewals..I've never paid for renewals ever! Even the most recent one done in Feb 2019 no payment was requested from me I got NOA! This is for C9 category though..there's not supposed to be a payment for renewals..it might be an administrative error they are probably battling with! As some folks experience while others don't! I'm not sure why!

Doing fantastic😀 Hope all is well Ylx, I got a good moral Character RFE. It was my and my lawyers mistake not to submit at the first place. I lived more than 6 months back home in the 3 years period. I submitted a police clearance from where I reside here in US for the last 2 and half years but they need one from where you last reside in the last 3 years. And a personal affidavit. I think which will be “I’m a little bit smaller than angels kind of affidavit🤣 It is hard for me to write about myself. 

Keep your hopes high. Don’t worry if you get RFE most probably it will be easy for you to reply.
