Good Morning everyone .

I am still waiting for decision for my AOS.ย

My DL is about to expired so went today to DMV to renew it with my EAD and I had my 6 points , At the DMV when employee checked my EAD asked me why there's no individual signature / signature on my EAD . I said I don't this How USCIS issued my EAD .

Then he said to me there's no signature on your card and also it doesn't say signature waived on your card .

I said to him I don't know .

Then he said that I needs to ask his supervisor but she was very Busy , ย he asked me to wait until he gets an answer from her , I was already little for work so I said to him that I will come other day because its seems will take long time and I am already little for work , then I left from DMV .

ย

ย I was try to check online on USCIS website to look for if they always issue the Green card and EAD with signature . I thought USCIS forgot to put my signature on the card when they issued my card or there's something wrong with my Card , then I found out that on USCIS recently since 2017 the made new version for Green Card and EAD which it says They No longer display individual signature on Green card and The same for EAD .

ย

Please People whose recently received EAD/GC.

ย

I wanted just to know .

Does the new version for EAD and Green card it no longer display signature or signature waived ?

Does it says on EAD/GC signature waived when they issued the card without signature or it just should be empty without signature and without signature waived for the new version ?

Thanks a lot .

Employee wasted your time for nothing. I would have gotten his/her name and filed a formal complaint. I believe they can verify your status electronically with DHS.ย

The congressman secretary sent me a paper that uscis sent to her regarding my ead delay, since its been almost 9 months and nothing yet.ย I also sent an expedite request on December but my expedite was rejected. Does this paper mean my case will be approved soon?๐Ÿ™

They did a news release 2-3 years ago stating that when they revised the new cards that it will not have your signature on the cards.ย ย

Hi everyone, I've been a silent reader here for a while.

ย

I submitted my Vawa package in January 2019 with a new I-485;ย my old I-485 was pending at the time.

ย

Today, I received an e-notification that an interview has been scheduled under my old marriage petition. My lawyer will write a letter to USCIS asking them to withdraw the old petition and cancel the interview because I haveย a pending Vawa caseย along with aย new I-485.

ย

I was wondering whether you know if USCIS issues NTAs in cases like this under the new policy?

ย

Thank you!

Hi Everyone by the special grace of God my status changed this morning to "My New Card Is Being Produced"!!! I said to myself that I won't post anything again until I have my testimony! Please for those of you who are worrying yourselves unnecessarily stop it! Worry does nothing instead prayer changes situations! I prayed with the scriptures unsually this morning and decreed/declared that I need my vawa approved..just two hours later I saw the alert! Be patient all your day is coming!ย

Congratsย

Thank you for respond .

Can you please check on your EAD/GC if you recently received it .

ย

1-Does your EAD/GC has any signature ?

2-Does on your EAD/GC it show signature waived or they just leave it empty without writing anything such as signature waived or signature ?

ย

3- is that normal mine is empty issued without signature and it doesn't say signature waived ? Is that normal or there something wrong with my card ?

My first and second EAD donโ€™t have any signature or signature waived
