Just got notice renewal C9 EAD approved on May 24th. 

 

I had to apply 3 times and they made me pay for the renewal. So they are approving November 2018 EAD applications.

I got my EAD 31 card in jan 2019 without approvel in march 2019 i got notice of intent to revoke. i have nothing new to send them so my attorney re send all papers again and until now im wating

My EAD has expired too,and i applied for it in march 2019,not sure how long that takes and should i be worried if i dont have my EAD by the time i get an approval notice (god-willing) or RFE from them ?

It takes average 3-6 months for renewal average timelines 3-4 months. If you get RFE not a problem because you are under Vawa.

If you don't mind why did you get notice of intent to revoke..what is truly going on witj your case? Most times folks don't tell the true story they just post superficial situations an expect in-depth answers! I really don't know the history behind your case to be qualified to give opinions.

What are the list of documents you submitted for you vawa in the first place

I will submit my RFE next week. If there is anything new I will keep you updated

You will hear from them anytime soon for sure

forget the processing time. They are working on October and November files. by now they might start on December.

@Lola_lalo hi how are you I was wandering what kind of RFE they ask you after a year and a half?  Thanks for your answer .. Im a octuber 2018 filler.. And one of my fears are they request a RFE ., because sincerely I dont have nothing new to provide them

You case is very unusual. You received EAD C31 (meaning was initially approved) Than 2 month later they intent to revoke..... how come? Vermont made this mistake of approving and than revoking something trigger your case, they usually intent to revoke a Vawa petition when is requested by the Local Office when they conducted AOS I-485 interview and they found fraud.... or some inadmissible grounds... They cover all this basic before an approval....  What is  the reason on the Intent of revoke Notice????

I'm here..C9 renewal though..still waiting..only saving grace is the c31 following my i360 approval! But yeah still waiting for the renewal of C9

The sad thing is that at this point, if he's not willing to move around for you, there's really not much you can do by yourself except schedule an infopass like I suggested earlier! Good news, I got my receipt noticed for renewal of my EAD today,  it’s was sent under category C09.

 This notice helps with the 180days extension,

From my view I think it’s better to give them more time than we expected.

i figured USCIS received my application 10days after submission and they responded with receipt notice 15days after and my lawyer got it 10days after. 

 

am glad as this is a progress for me.

Smiles 😊 you'll be fine..don't entertain any fears..RFEs aren't monsters or anything to be scared of..sure it's best to go straight to an approval..but most times when something is missing or not clear..the officer demands clarification or more supporting evidence. Sometimes a well written explanation and affidavits from witnesses suffices! Be positive..it will all end in PRAISE!

I applied for my EAD c9 category renewal in Feb still waiting to get it..I got NOA about 4weeks after sending in my application. This is the first time it's taken so long use to get it 2.5months to 3months latest! Times have definitely changed..😏 it will all pass and we'll all be fine! Stay blessed!
