Of course vawa has to be decided..but we were pointing out the fact that it saves time that would have gone towards waiting for i485 to be scheduled and adjudicated following approval of 1360!..looks like a good deal.😊

She asked  if it was a good sign because she had the interview, and I just  said it's not good or bad.

Hello everyone.

. so I had my I485 interview this morning at 8am. I was extremely nervous. I have two boys so they also was with me.. my lawyer accompanied us..

My interview process was straightforward the office was very accommodating. He asked for our medical and he asked us the questions on our 1485..... yes my kids had to answer.... but nothing difficult

Within 2 hrs after the interview I got a noice to say card was in production

Thank for the support and keep the hopes up... we will all get our Gc soon.. God Bless

I'm a may 2016 filer

My vawa was approved in October 2018

Got my courtesy letter in February to do medical

I'm in Syracuse NY

Congratulations 🍾 🇺🇸💫

I posted about the picnic before, but probably many people did not read about the picnic then  I am posting here again, 14 people confirmed so far.

Hi Folks,  I didn't have a meetup in the past 2 years with the visa journey's members, I used to have every year, but I will have a picnic in  Central Park(NYC) on June 15, 2019 at 1.30pm. Let me know please if you want to be there, please send me a pm ok. Please bring some blanket or towel and some typical food from your home country, if possible, or any other food, we will share the food. You can bring who you want(kids, mother, friends).

Update guys. I finally got my green card in hand. My Journey has ended but a word of encouragement don’t give up hope and keep on fighting. If you have a lawyer you got to be behind them with everything in your benefit and if you don’t have a lawyer just ask questions here and you will get an answer.

Congrats
