Hi Everyone by the special grace of God my status changed this morning to "My New Card Is Being Produced"!!! I said to myself that I won't post anything again until I have my testimony! Please for those of you who are worrying yourselves unnecessarily stop it! Worry does nothing instead prayer changes situations! I prayed with the scriptures unsually this morning and decreed/declared that I need my vawa approved..just two hours later I saw the alert! Be patient all your day is coming!

So happy for you!!!

@sandranj Sandra please,

which months are immigration approving by now? Are they working on September/October/November 2017 already?

Thank you.

Thank you dear. God of quick response will visit your case🙏 sometimes it depends on either the nature of your case, the officer working on the case or they haven't gotten to your month yet. While you wait talk to God! He hears every unspoken word! He see every tear that drops. My God came through for me. Still so happy 💃😂

Please what can I do? I received an update on 3/16/19 that a mail has been sent to me requesting for additional evidence. On 3/25/19 I received another update that said mail was returned as unable to deliver. The issue is that USCIS has not updated my address. I have sent the AR-11 more than 3 times to Vermont now. What am I doing wrong?

Didn’t you use a lawyer in your case so that your mail could be going to your lawyer cause change of address takes so much time to be updated ..some times it takes like a year and it might have effect on someone’s case...

You are doing everything right, just keep a record of everything. I would write another letter and address it to the Director at Vermont , attach proof of how many times you have tried to get them to update your address. I would also reach out to your congressman for assistance. Have him ask them why they are refusing to update your address. Again keep records, document everything from tracking numbers to copies of letters you send, I would even Snap a picture of the envelopes right before you mail them out.   This happened to me actually, my attorney switched addresses, notified Vermont but they kept sending letters to his old address. Luckily the people at his old address were forwarding these letters to him.

Good Morning everyone .

I am still waiting for decision for my AOS

My DL is about to expired so went today to DMV to renew it with my EAD and I had my 6 points , At the DMV when employee checked my EAD asked me why there's no individual signature / signature on my EAD . I said I don't this How USCIS issued my EAD .

Then he said to me there's no signature on your card and also it doesn't say signature waived on your card .

I said to him I don't know .

Then he said that I needs to ask his supervisor but she was very Busy ,  he asked me to wait until he gets an answer from her , I was already little for work so I said to him that I will come other day because its seems will take long time and I am already little for work , then I left from DMV .

I was try to check online on USCIS website to look for if they always issue the Green card and EAD with signature . I thought USCIS forgot to put my signature on the card when they issued my card or there's something wrong with my Card , then I found out that on USCIS recently since 2017 the made new version for Green Card and EAD which it says They No longer display individual signature on Green card and The same for EAD .

Please People whose recently received EAD/GC.

I wanted just to know .

Does the new version for EAD and Green card it no longer display signature or signature waived ?

Does it says on EAD/GC signature waived when they issued the card without signature or it just should be empty without signature and without signature waived for the new version ?

Thanks a lot .

I never saw any case in 33 years. But if the person entered with K1 visa and the spouse did not withdraw form I-130 and I-864 then the person still can adjust status in the U.S, but this is valid just for people who entered with K1 VISA.

Did you submit a notarized AR11 to VS?, they won't udapte AR11 submitted. USCIS rearely updates the address, they are very messy.Get your congress person involved.

DMV is very messy. I had to print out from USCIS website that C09 EAD category had the 180days automatic extension because my  I-797 Receipt wasn't enough. I also have to talked to the supervise to get my DL renew for 180 more days, not every employee have the knowledge on this matter, I suggest you to print the information and request them to Verify your current status with DHS. Everything will come out, how can a signature affect the validation of an EAD issue by USCIS.

Thank you for respond .

Can you please check on your EAD/GC if you recently received it .

1-Does your EAD/GC has any signature ?

2-Does on your EAD/GC it show signature waived or they just leave it empty without writing anything such as signature waived or signature ?

3- is that normal mine is empty issued without signature and it doesn't say signature waived ? Is that normal or there something wrong with my card ?
