That's the spirit I wanted to see shining through! About the mud(clay or kaolin) going through a kiln where it isΒ fired for production ...etc..LOL..I know all about that..my first degree was in Art! I majored in graphics though! But I had to go through all the aspects of Art..so yeah sculpture was a part too! The point? That which doesn'tΒ kill you, can only make you stronger! So relax Gods got this! πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Oh this explains why you use all the emoji stuff πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ Art and graphics πŸ˜ƒΒ

You have a beautiful soul. Artists areΒ warm hearted. BlessingsΒ

Update guys. I finally got my green card in hand. My Journey has ended but a word of encouragement don’t give up hope and keep on fighting. If you have a lawyer you got to be behind them with everything in your benefit and if you don’t have a lawyer just ask questions here and you will get an answer.Β

Congratulation again! May God bless you with his will on your life journey!Β

Hello All,

Β

I filed VAWA last March 15, 2019, me and my lawyer went to the interview under my i-485 that my spouse petitioned me to ask the officer to hold my case while we wait for my VAWA approval, but the officer told me to do the interview already for my VAWA case as this will benefit me once they approve my VAWA. Please advise if this is a good sign, and I got an approvalΒ Prima Facie. Thank you.

Hi, interview for a vawa case that hasn't been decided? It sounds good though..only if they will just mail you your greencard and not request the usual interview! But do please check with @sandranj who's in the best position to advice from a legal perspective!Β

Hi stillwinning, the officer told me that if they are satisfied with my documents and the interview they will not ask another interview, but as per my lawyer we just need to be ready and if there is RFE that we need to do, she told me as well to gather my counseling with my psychologist and affidavit from friends and family as many as I can, we sent some affidavit but we did not sent my psychologist declaration.

Well then since this is coming from the USCIS official and your attorney It's legit! Go for it! It will definitely cut your waiting time in advance! Sounds like a great deal and I totally wish for it to go well!πŸ™

Yes I will, they even update my status online after we got an interview it shows for i-485 "Name was updated" they update it to my Name and not under my spouse petition anymore.

I'm not sure "Name was updated" means actual name change..or how it seems! I believe it means that an action was taken on your case..and sometimes when they touch your file you sometimes get automated messages to that effect! It doesn't mean they changed your name on file..but good to know they are doing something..its progressive!😊

Hello, how did you guys submitted proof of car insurance with your spouse?

Β

Just the insurance card or the whole contract?

Β

Β

Hi just before folks who actually had car insurance with their spouse comes through..because for me I didn't have that..it wasn't part of my evidence..but I'm thinking with USCIS, they will appreciate detail..and the contract gives them just that! Hey I'm not certain but logically thinking it's looking like the contract seems more detailed than just the card. Plus I think I've read somewhere in previous threads where i think details of insurance was requested! that's part of why I'm convinced they will prefer detail!
