Lol..it is..but be ready to get dirty..hands always caked in clay LOL! Art is so beautiful! I started sketching since I was a kid..and naturally went "ARTwards" LOL...but for my masters degree I went to a different field entirely! You should try it..even if it's to keep you busy!😀

My experience is different, even though I had previous Biometrics I had to re do them again.

Maybe you won’t, you never know with USCIS nothing is set stone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Online case status from previous marriage-based I-485 is still showing "case ready to be scheduled for interview" as of this morning. 

I feel very mixed feelings, all the hopes and dreams I had before they were all smashed by the abuse...

I want to get divorce started ASAP,  but I am scared to face my spouse... but that is a bridge we cross when we get there... one step at a time 💆‍♀️

they received my application on 05/10. No receipt or e-mail, text about my case yet. I’m hoping to get something until the end of the week but I have heard that it can take about 20 days to get receipts.

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled 

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center

@Stillwinning!!!😊 my lawyer just got back to me, Once we get the receipt from Vermont, we will transfer the I-485/send the local office the letter.  

 

@Ana FL do you have a pending I485 as well? if so, did you get it transferred as well or waiting for receipt 1st?

No my husband withdrew his I-130 so my I485 was denied and I had to file a new one 😞

I am sorry to hear it... I don't know how people get like this, almost feel sorry for them. 

 

You are on the right track, it's ok, we can always earn the fees back. Getting our life back is the only thing that matters.
