DWL. I believe when I have the physical green Card in my hand then its finish. Just my 2 cent. Lol

Yes I agree. Honestly I breathed a sigj if relief and cried when I saw the case approved status. But it really sunk in when I saw the card in my hands. And sometimes I catch myself looking at my wallet just to look if it’s really there or not.

Hello Everyone,

I have been a silent reader on this forum since 2015. I would like to update my timeline if this would help anyone.

Sept 2015. Filed i-360 along with i-765 & i-485

November 2015: Received Prima Facie

Jan 2017: i-360 approved

Sept 2017: 1st Info pass (No Action)

December 2017: 2nd Info Pass (No action)

March 2018: 3rd Info Pass (No action)

At this point really getting frustrated. Renewed Ead every year.

Feb 2019: Contacted Congressmen

March 2019: Received Interview Notice

April 2019: Interview held and officer told me you will hear in 3 weeks.

May 2019: Green Card in hand.

Wow that wait was crazy! Congratulations on your approval and green card. 🎉🇺🇸🎉

I’ve been calling the lawyers since Wednesday the 15th and it’s going straight to voicemail. I’m calling all 3 persons and not getting an answer. And i don’t wanna waste my time driving 6 hours to their office and they are at court or whatever they do. Need some advice now. My next day off is this Wednesday.

Another interesting find in my case regarding the EAD. I see that my attorney filed I-765 under c31 category and I received the 765 receipt with C09 category listed. Anyone have this scenario or know what it means???

I have no idea, ask sandranj

If they don’t answer you, go on your day off to be there 1st thing in the morning until they get your GC, best!

If your day off is Wednesday, do everything you can to contact them and if you can’t get in touch with them by Wednesday, i would go and get the green card.

Sharing my experience with the immigration doctor yesterday:

It was the same doctor I went before when I filled 130/485. I had a copy of my old 693 with my vaccines records, and I did the tests through  my health insurance one week before to cut some costs. It worked out. I paid $180 and left with my sealed envelope for 693.

The tests I did:

urine and blood (TB, syphillis, gonorrhea). It was not easy to get my tests results from the health insurance. One has to allow time. They make it difficult, because the results of those test are confidential.
