People are saying I answered you already,I can’t remember each question tho.Legally speaking USCIS should issue the EAD within 90 days but in reality they are taking between 120/180 days, but you can contact now your congressperson  and ask him/her to inquire on your behalf.

Congratulations. Its always heart warming to read these success stories. It keeps our faith alive. I pray everything goes well from now on with no hazzle. You have already conquered the giant. I have a quick question though. Do you get the card being produce for VAWA only when you file for EAD C31? Or is it for everyone regardless of whether you apply for C31. I filed my VAWA with C09 while I already hard pending I-485. Will i automically have card being produce when my case is approved or do i have to file ead C31 and let it be on the record?

Lately they are issuing C31 for everyone with Vawa approved, even if the person didn’t file category C31.

Believe me you are correct here..I told him I respond but never get any feedback..Sandra responds as well..that much I can remember..but my point is let's show love regardless..I know how crazy this whole journey can drive someone..I've been there! You and I have approved vawa..but think about how helpless and desperate people who are still hoping are..they feel left out..can even get irrational in thoughts and actions..our ability to see past these makes us strong! I'm here almost daily assuring and encouraging..I know some folks think I do too much but I am not here for some folks I'm here to ease stress, assure and encourage the people who truly need it. Our words can be therapeutic..it can heal..it can encourage and restore.. I see what you do here from time to time...and I'm proud of you..this place really helped me..and I want it to remain a place of hope and love..let's make it go round dear😍😘😍😘 love u..Godbless!

@stillwinning. Thank you for your kind words. I don't respond or post unless it is necessary. You are very correct those that have approvals and interviews have less anxiety. And I can perceive @Blunt could be 2017 filler that is yet to receive anything or worst still 2018 like me. So accommodating and love that you stress is the key.

I don't post, but believe me I read ALL posts and comments and learn.

I congratulate everone that are already approved and those that have gone for interview or are expecting interview notice. God has seen you this far, the same God will perfect it.

For those of us still eagerly waiting irrespective of the year that we file. Let's patiently wait in prayers and worship. It will soon be our turn to celebrate and rejoice.

Do I sound too religious? Well I am. Lol.

Thanks to everyone.

I'm rooting for everyone here..I cheer everyone here..all I'm asking is for peace to reign..and us to be more accomodating of the excesses of anyone who errs..we're all humans..I'm probably too compassionate..can't change that! I pray your vawa is approved speedily! You are amazing! Thanks!😘

Hey I think you will be getting your EAD soon. The processing time they working now for EAD is November 9, 2018.  You can make an inquired if you EAD received date is earlier than this.  Here is the link: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

@BestChampion I think the EAD processing time is for approved i360. But the fingerprint indicates that they are about to give you the EAD. wait for a few weeks and contact your congressman. I'm a November '17 filler and enquire 3 times for the EAD still nothing. I'm on my 4th prima facie. Just gave a finger print on 5/15/19. Stay strong and wait. God bless you!

Another interesting find in my case regarding the EAD. I see that my attorney filed I-765 under c31 category and I received the 765 receipt with C09 category listed. Anyone have this scenario or know what it means???

Hey! How are you all?

I have a quick question : I am doing my Medical on Saturday, what do I need to bro g besides my I693 form and DL and EAD and SS# Card?

i just want to have all in order, thank you in advance.

The only thing I brought was the rfe letter from uscis, my immunization record and my drivers license. If you have your immunization record, that will help. I was given all the needed doses for the MMR vaccine when I was a child and if I didn’t bring my record they would have to give it to me again. They might have to give you the tetanus shot.
