Just in: I-360 Case status: CARD/DOCUMENT PRODUCTION (received email/text alert/status update)

Its really been a very tough journey, but I give God all glory.

 

Filed I-360: July 2017

no prima F.

RFE: Dec 2018.

RFE response: Feb 2019

After 95 days of responding to RFE, today 5/17/2019 - Card production.

 

Question: Reading from this forum, i understood that Card Production is a sign of approval. Please how long from now will I get approval notice.

Hello everyone, I have applied for VAWA (360,485 and 765 forms) in Nov 2018 and got primafacie in Dec 2018 and fingerprints in Jan 2019. Do any of you have similar timelines and waiting for EAD card? It has been 5 months already since primafacie date and still waiting.... I am in a financial crisis and waiting to work....Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks.

I think this is not fair to say. I was one of the many who reply to your questions, if you don't get a respond is because we not sure of the answer and we don't want to give an incorrect information which can cause a delay on your case.... I Know this process is slow and frustrating but we have to appreciated everyone knowledge and time to respond. With a correct information. Just have a little patient.

Hey I think you will be getting your EAD soon. The processing time they working now for EAD is November 9, 2018.  You can make an inquired if you EAD received date is earlier than this.  Here is the link: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

Hi you should hear soon..you also have the option of expediting with a job offer! If that is the case..you can enquire through your representative! If not..be patient..it will arrive soon! Best of luck with the whole process dear!

Guys my green card reached my lawyer’s office since 2:15pm today and I’ve been calling them since yesterday without a response. It’s so frustrating when you pay the “BAD” lawyers without knowing at first what they are not capable of doing. And the worst part is they are 6 hours away. Worst feeling ever.

Take it easy! Breath! The most importantly you got, you just need to pick it up. Now you have to wait until next week. Just keep calling the lawyer’s office until they answer or make a trip next week to pick it up without warning, they must have the office open.
