Bring your passport too! I’ve done my testing through my insurance, and have an appointment at the immigration doctor on Friday.

Did you made Dr appointment because your lawyer asked you or on your own? My lawyer said not to do it until we get interview date but I have not gotten it yet but I know it should be coming soon... let me know you thoughts, I know you are getting almost done.

what is your date for Interview?

As a coincidence, I just went over my form that my lawyer sent it for me a few months ago. On my form, she wrote: other, Adjustment of Status ( I have a I-485 pending). I didn't get the form notorized, but I signed it in blue ink. I don't know how she sent it. But if I was changing my mailing address, I would send it Fedex ground (cheaper) with delivery confirmation receipt, and schedule an Infopass to make sure it was changed. (I changed my physical address, but kept my lawyer's address as my mailing one). Hope it helps!

@FridayGirl@69 I would wait for an interview date. Mine is on May 31.

You can do all the research on the doctor in advance. Prices vary a lot. Then, as soon as you get your interview letter, you will know what to do.

Thanks for the advise, best for your big date! 🇺🇸💫

@sandranj

Good morning,

can you let me know if this is good to send to my local office? Do I need any more information?

Also do I address the envelope to the director of that location or is there a specific department?

Thank you so much!

If you previously filed I-485 and your paid the fee, you don't need to paid any fee to renew I-765 and I-131,  But if you file I-485 and requested the fee to be waived with form I-912, than for the renewal you need to paid the fee , or you can submit both forms I-765 / I-131 along with Fee waiver form I-912... if you don't have the money.

Both applications are sent to Vermont.

Nothing so far ... I’m worried as everything went well and officer said he has requested my file and also he asked my divorce date what I wrote was different as actually divorce happened later so I didn’t had the original copy . Watever I could provide him was the copy from court but it was the same way I answered in rfe.

Hey @rayofhope any update?
