I DID. THE ONE THAT WAS CLOSEST TO MY COUNTY SAID THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED. i had to contact one in San Franciscobut they are very slow😢

You have one U.S. representative (Congressman).  Most others won't help someone who isn't their constituent (voter).

Google "who is my U.S. Congressman" or similar.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

"Closest" might not be the correct one.  There's a search function in which you type your residence address to learn who your Congressman is.

The Apartment people wont allow me to renew my lease. They are basically kicking me out at the end of June.....

 

Trust me Stillwinning, If I could stay I would..............

Are you using an attorney? If yes they can help you with the change of address or you could do it by yourself..I've never changed address with vermont only NBC and they duplicate letters sent to my lawyer and send to me too..I hope someone with compassion will chip in and come to the rescue!🙏

After you file VAWA you should get the receipt within 10/15 days and once you get the receipt then write a letter to the local office that denied your case and ask them not to issue the NTA because you filed VAWA and AOS.

Thank you so much. I did some tests yesterday and will go back to see her next week to have another session and she will write the report then. 

I sent my package this morning. 

When I send the letter to the local office, is there a specific format and I need to write the letter or just explain the situation and send a copy of the vawa receipt?

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center
