Good morning everyone. It’s been a while I hope everyone is doing well. I just checked the USCIS processing time for vawa and it’s now taking them 18 to 23 months to process vawa. I am hoping and praying that it process will speed up again and we will all hear good news very soon. It’s not easy waiting after the abuse not knowing your faith

Hello Guys, I haven’t posted in a long time. Hope every one is doing good as we hold on to hope while we continue to wait for our break through. 

 

I have a quick question. I have already done i485 interview, but I need to renew my work authorization. Where should I mail my application?

you don’t need WP anymore, your GC has it all.

If you meant that your has been approved and you have done your i485 interview, then I think your file is at NBC so yeah that's where I assume the renewal should be sent to..except anyone else has some bright ideas😊

Same boat! It takes average 5-8 months after Vawa Approval sometimes longer... praying hard to happen soon! When sis you get Vawa approved?

I don't think this person has an approved vawa yet..hence was refering to the length of time vawa processing is taking.

What happens at that awkward point when greencard is not approved yet and work permit is expired? That is quite the situation...

My vawa is still pending, it’s been 13 months I thought it was going to take 16 months and USCIS just increased the processing time, it’s really heartbreaking every time the processing time is going up and people just have to keep waiting

Thanks for responding 😊 That’s what I figured but wanted to be sure.
