Hey dear congratulations first of all! May God secure your victory even before you get there! For the issue you brought up..sandra is best to talk to..I sincerely hope it won't be an issue! I know Vermont doesn't care how you got in...but I'm not sure about NBC...the i485 interview! All the best! House!!! Let's put our heads together for one of ours!😊 thanks!

I don’t think it matters, I asked that question before long time ago. I hope someone that knows answers you ASAP.

Hey! 

I don't think it matters as VAWA can be used by anyone who finds themselves in this toxic situation. Also, I don't think they would even interview you if you were not admissible  due to any reason... but all this is just us speculating. 

 

However, Cross your Ts and dot your Is and confirm with a lawyer...  @sandranj (Hello there), Private message her and look up resources in your community. NYC has the following:

I’ve read on previous threads that it is waived with Vawa approval. It was not advisable to travel with 131. But please, wait to hear from Sandra. Things are changing way too fast at USCIS.

Your I-485 was transfer probably to Vermont since your file for I-360, This is good news, it means is on hold and the officer did not denied..... You will received a transfer notice indicated why and where it was transfer.

I sincerely hope this is the case and the hearsay is true! It's quite a situation as with USCIS you just never know! But lets all look on the bright side! 🌞 #we stay winning!😊 👍
