I have rental lease with me and husband names(for a room we rented), joint bank account, joint tax return, joint ownership of vehicles, licenses with same address, car insurance, but I just have a couple pictures from wedding day, and like 10 pictures of us together at different times but no with other friends or family. He had more pictures but he wont give them to me now. I was thinking to make a transcript (no translation) of phone recordings where we say I love you and stuff like that to reinforce bona fide marriage. is there a place I can go to get this done? or can I transcribe the conversations myself and then go to a notary?

@sandranj I filed at Vermont, I checked yesterday processing time was at Sept 2017 and just now it went back to June 2017. Which one is accurate???

I think the processing time isn't accurate because I saw someone approved from october 2017

Nice! You have quite some proofs! To support your claims to bona fide marriage family and friends can write letters attesting to the relationship! I'm not sure you can transcribe yourself..as it may not be credible! I thought someone recommended something to you in an earlier post?..the party is responsible for translating/transcription and consequently notarizing for credibility. If any other party besides you supplies anything that has to do with evidence, they are required to notarize!

That is precisely one of the reasons you keep hearing on here that USCIS is messy! It doesn't really matter what month is on display..they could be ahead..working on any month!

I filled on November 2017. Got RFE this week. I believe I  will get approve when I submit the RFE. Just pray and wait. Don't stress out, I know waiting kills but keep your hopes high and wait patiently my dear. God be with you!

Focus more on gathering affidavits from family and friends even from friends who live abroad.

You can ask USCIS to expedite the EAD and you should write a letter to VSC,  or ask your congressperson.

To renew the EAD you should submit the I-485 receipt, plus other documents. The Immigration Law states to renew the EAD using same category C9 you don't have to pay the USCIS fees but we don't know why USCIS is acting crazy and asking people to pay the fees, just in case submit form I-912 to waive the  fees.

You have a terrible attorney. The attorney can write a letter to USCIS asking to put the I-485 on hold until final adjudication of your VAWA case. I  suggest you encourage her to use google to read about Immigration Law if she is too lazy to open a book but please let her know that  "Google is her friend".

If the person is not in removal proceeding or had he removal closed administratively then the person can travel with AP.
