Can I ask you question please if you don't mind to share with us .

I see your interview was in February and you got update online in March .

1-What the officer told you in the end of your interview about the decision ?

2-Did officer gave you any papers in the end of the interview ?

Thanks and congratulations again .

i dont want to see her..so which will i go for is it uncontested ?

I think yes .. When divorce uncontested you and her can sign the divorce papers /agreement and file it with the court .

I think in this situation you don't have to see her only need to send her the papers which you filed by the Court and she has to sign too for the divorce to became uncontested .

You don’t have to see her weather is con or uncontested. You go to divorce lawyer

ask, my case I did all without seeing him, my lawyer did it all for me via email and FedEx.You need to be strong and firm to do divorce proceedings. Best advise 0 contact, all thru lawyers.

She denied your pending i485 filed by your abuser right? did you gave her your I360 receipt?? Don't lose hope if your abuser was an USA citizen and your I360 is pending file a new I485, the fights continues.
