Having a great interpretation is one thing, I am just not sure whether this can go through my employer's E verify.

Yes, and on top of my regular 9-5 job I also work freelance in the film industry for big brands (Google, Under Armor, TV stations, blah blah blah) and there is no way in hell they are gonna accept that explanation with and I-9. The need actual physical pieces of paper to scan and send off. Interpretations are a no go for what I do. This is not a family-owned dive bar.

I don’t know if this might help. I called the USCIS earlier and they gave an e-mail and numbers that our employer can reach out to verify our Employment eligibility.

For Employer:

Tel.#: 888-464-4218

Email: e-verify@dhs.gov

For employee:

Tel.#: (1)877-469-2563

Oh, this is great for those instances when people don't wanna pay me after seeing the expired combo card and the 180-day automatic extension doesn't convince them. Thanks!

Hi everyone.  I'm a November 2018 AOS family based filer and haven't had any movement on my case since bio was done in Dec.  Here's some info I found.

Director of USCIS May 23 2019 response letter to 36 bipartisan congressman demanding answers to "crisis level" case processing times:

I got the card 3 days before the 180 day extension expired. By that point, I had EVERYONE on it. My congressman contacted USCIS 3 times. The Ombudsman 2 times. And Tier 2's 2 different supervisors both made notes and emailed the person who had my case - I cried on the infoline, lol.

Thanks you so much. I have only 3 months to get my EAD cos my 180 days expires in October and already have started getting worried as I file my case in December 2018. I have contacted my congressman and my senator and they about to contact them. hopefully everything goes smooth so can have my card in hand before it expires in October. my AOS was in December 2018
