WEIRD PACKET 3 FORM NAPLES!!!!

Hi everybody!!! I hope somebody will be able to help me.

I am italian and yesterday I received the packet 3 from the US Consulate of Naples, Italy. It has instructions, form I-864 Affidavit of Support, etc, but they only sent one form: the DS-230.

I thought they should have sent also the DS-156, the DS-156k, the DS-157 and the DS-158.

What should I do now???? There is somebody who had the same problem??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I´m not sure, not there yet but, I think those other forms are requirements made by your country´s consulate, so you must get the list of extra requirements from them and go from there, downloading forms, etc just like your fiance did when getting the I-129F.

Here's the link for Naples Embassy maybe they have changed their requirements recently or somebody slipped up? Best email or call them and double check their document requirements.

Relax... Just download the forms (DS 156, DS156k, DS157) and fill it out. I think they assume most people are downloading them anyway so why waste the paper. seriously.

We didn't even get a packet 3.

Thanks everybody for your replies!!! I already wrote an email to US Cosnulate of Naples and I will call them on monday. In any case, I have downloaded the forms and am going to fill them!

I will let you know what happens next...

Hey Elena,

My fianceé also had to go to Naples, but we ran into some problems before that with that particular Consulate.

We didn't even get anything in the mail. All are available on the 'net. Heck, I can even email you all the forms, I still have them in a file.
