how much time do i have after getting 221g to submit joint sponsor is there any timeframe

I see this question everyday. So, the answer: There is no timeframe because it will depend on the Embassy. It can be a few days or few months.

First of all, you need to update your timeline. For your question, unless CO denied your visa it will be back to NVC and USCIS after that. However, you got 221g so it will not goes back to NVC.

They want give you the Visa, so that why they ask for another joint sponsor. join sponsor documents is one of the most easy one IMPO. Fill out I864, US status documents, tax transcript for 3 years, pay stub for last 6 months and employment letter. I really don't know why you mess up this because it pretty simple.

That scares me! My income situation is exactly the same as yours. The interview is in 2 days. Did you submit any documents proving 2018 income?

I submitted a few docs as proof for 2018 income, i.e. W2, pay stubs, employment letter and bank statements. I haven't filed 2018 tax yet.

Guess, I should brace for the worst! 😥

you should be able to download it online if you have already filed. try doing that, its faster than requesting a paper one.
