Hello. How long did it take to get your welcome letters? And how long roughly did it take for you to get your interviews? Would be good to have an estimate of how long the rest of the process is going to take.

It is being reporting once your file is received at NVC after approval (could take 2 to 4 weeks) it's 8 weeks to get case#. Most call because the Welcome letter comes after that.
UK usually is about 30 days from case complete to get a interview date.

Interview assignment starts around the 1st week of each month for the next month. Like now they are scheduling for April.

This part is definitely a lot quicker then the initial noa2 then. But I'm so impatient I've been feeling like I've been waiting forever lol as long as I'm back with my husband before September I'll be more then happy. 😊

Was your last paragraph specific to U.K., or did you mean that’s how NVC assigns all IV interviews?

No that's when they all start. All the embassy pretty much start the last few days of the previous month through the next month until either all slots are filled or they run out of petitions to fill slots.
Many embassies still are scheduling. Here is the case Complete to Interview spreadsheet may help.
