Hi everyone,

I just want to share my happiness with you all-after months' waiting, VSC approved my I-751!

Here is my timeline:

11/24/06: sent in I-751 to VSC

11/27/06: VSC received my package

12/3/06: check cashed (I cannot remember the exact date, but it is roughly around 12/3)

12/21/06: NOA1 received

1/5/07: Biometrics notice recieved

1/22/07: Biometrics taken

5/24/07: I-751 approved, 10-year green card production ordered by VSC

It's been a real nice experience here with you all. Thanks for all the info!

Wow, they're talking about they're processing cases in the order they were received, I sent mine in the first week of November and my NOA date is 11/28/06 and I did my bio on 12/28/06, and I haven't heard anything yet. Sounds like VSC will be hearing from me or my attorney on Monday :unsure:

I suggest that you wait a little bit. Maybe another week or so. Imagine they have thousands and thousands of similar cases. It might be possible that different staff working on different cases-so some of them mgiht be faster than the others due to whatever reasons. But the VSC is defenitely moving now as opposed to several months ago.

Congrats on the 10 yr card! I know we have a ways yet to go before we file, but I thought I'd start hanging around.

Sharon, I feel like you do. Our experience is old too. I help when I can, if I can. I agree though, we need those that have just gone through it to stick around and help newbies to this part of the journey. Newbies like us. :)
