I had my k1 visa interview yesterday and they refuse my application

By God will make a w in Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)

I had my k1 visa interview yesterday and they refused it. Only to find out that i need to submit i-134. So i tell the officer i have it in my hand and she said i should have give it to the consul. I tell her the consul didn't asked me so i am not aware that she need it. I submitted it and the officer said the consul will review it again if my fiance meet the required annual income. My fiance have 42,000 annual income. The officer advice me to wait for there call if when will i submit my passport. But i decided to submit it today at 2GO courier. I dont know how long they will review my application.

It will take as long as it takes. Normally somewhere between several days to a few weeks seems common if there are no other issues, but every case is unique. It could be months or longer if something comes up like extended background checks afterward.

 

You shouldn't have submitted your passport before they requested it. They may or may not accept it until they are ready for it.
