there is some sort of leaving or exit tax

Not sure if this is the same as the terminal fee.

Read this from: https://www.detourista.com/guide/philippine-airports/

The airport terminal fee or “Philippine passenger service charge” (DPSC) is an airport tax/exit fee for passengers departing from airports in the Philippines. The terminal fee ranges from P50 to P220 per person for domestic flights or P600 to P850 per person for international flights. Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) are exempted from paying the terminal fee.

The terminal fee is paid automatically with your ticket from Manila. I had to pay it at the airport in Cebu. The travel tax is payable by citizens of the Philippines but not OFWs. This is the fee you paid online. It won't let me pay it online from the US. They have an office at MOA. We will just pay it there when I go to Manila to bring her back with me)

Finally done...

terminal fee

Hey Boris! I wonder if this is also the "exit tax" you mentioned. As per my previous reply from an online post, it says

which we Filipino citizens are obliged to pay.

No...travel tax is what is paid separately from your ticket (PHP 1,620). This is the exit tax payable by Philippine citizens...except for OFW. Terminal fee is payable by all but it is automatically collected when you buy the ticket flying from Manila. In Cebu when you fly internationally this is collected separately...I know, I had to pay it))))

Finally done...

1 cabin bag/backpack + 1 ladies' bag + 1 laptop bag works for me with PAL

You catch me on a bad day and with a crowded airline and I will have them make you check two of your bags.

They are rather lax on enforcement but they state on their website only one bag which is silly, most places allow one bag and a personal item like a purse or a backpack.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.
