Greetings,

The title mostly says it all. If any of you read one of my earlier posts, my husband (the beneficiary) was really unhappy at his job and I decided that he can quit because I am currently making enough to support us both, and he may choose to drive uber just to make a couple of extra bucks etc until he finds work that makes him happy.

Anyway, fast forward to now, we are planning to go to South Korea in order to meet his family and introduce me as his wife. He wants to quit his job before we decide to go over there, but we were wondering if he is able to travel on the AP/EAD card, although he would not currently have a job to come back to?

Yes no problem.

Do you know what kind of questions they will ask on the way back to America?

The instructions of the document explain what I-131 allows you to do and how you will be processed. You are still subject to admission in the United States at the point of entry because you are not a citizen or permanent resident and it will be like every other time. Some places they ask questions some others they don't. I have flown through Chicago and New York and it was like a walk in the park. Detroit on the other hand always sucks.
