CEAC - Cannot find a location to upload financial & supporting evidence for Joint Sponsors

Today, I got the email from from NVC that they updated the status of my visa immigrant application and when i login to CEAC site to check the status i found that the issue has been fixed with the message that  ‘your request to add Joint sponsor has been approved’ and now i am able to upload joint sponsor documents. 

 

it takes 2.5 weeks to fixed the issue.

Does we all have to call them with our case numbers before they can resolve the issue or should we wait for them to resolve it generally? 

And please could you give me their number

Hi, You have to contact them through Public inquiry first and then call to NVC contact number and update them regarding your issue then after that its just a waiting game.

I did email them one and half week ago and today Nvc approved my request. Thanks God!

My suggestion is to contact them through Public inquiry and NVC contact number  so that they can add you on there list that having this issue.

I am having the same issue I added my joint sponsor a week a good I contacted the NVC through public inquiry and he told me o need to upload all my document. I don’t understand how of the ceac wedsite don’t allow me to. You think I should keep waiting or what should I do since their phone line is not working.

I was able to successfully add a joint sponsor in CEAC, but under the 'Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence' it displayed as 'N/A' for the added joint sponsor.

I also need to add a household member who is related to the joint sponsor, but when trying to add the household member, I can only select myself (not the joint sponsor) for which sponsor the household member is related too.

Does anyone know how or when I can select the joint sponsor as the related sponsor?

hi, I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM, I HAVE ADDED THE JOINT SPONSOR NAME BUT I CAN'T ADD ANY DOCUMENT IT DISPLAYED AS N/A  AND I HAVE TO ADD THE SPONSOR HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND WHEN I AM ADDING NEW HOUSEHOLD THE SPONSOR NAME DOESN'T APPEAR IT'S ONLY SHOWS THE PETITIONER NAME, WHAT DID YOU DO AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO LET YOU SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS
