HOw to pay US visa from Philippines

OK, I fill out the DS-160 already but I have no idea how to pay the Visa. I know you have to go to the BPI bank, what kind of form to fill out again before going to BPI bank? The lady told me that its not the DS-160 form, and never explain what kind of form. IS there anyone who can help me what kind of form to fill out to pay the visa? Please help!

2. Complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) form.
3. Schedule your appointment on this web page. You will need three pieces of information in order to schedule your appointment:
4. Visit the U.S. Embassy/Consulate on the date and time of your visa interview.

I got it! We paid the visa fee but when I tried to schedule my appointment they ask the ds confirmation number. Where can I find that?

After you submitted your DS-160 form, you should have printed a copy of the confirmation page that was displayed.  That page would have the confirmation number written in red and also under the barcode.
