DS 2029 Question 28 & 29 ?

Hello,

I'm looking for advice on questions 28 & 29 on the DS 2029, Section B. Please help!

I am the US citizen mother, born and raised, temporarily living in Italy with my Swiss/Italian husband. Applying for a CRBA for my newborn daughter.

It says "This section to be completed before/by consular officaer, notary public or other person qualified to administer oath" for Section B, questions 28 & 29.

Are these sections that you fill out on your own accord, or do you wait until you have the interview the complete these sections?

I'm erring on the side of waiting until we're called for an interview, but I'm also having major postpartum-baby brains right now and just looking to see what others have done! Would hate to fill out/go to a notary public then be completing it the wrong way.

Advice would be appreciated! Thank you!:)

Hi,

i have a question regarding ds-2029 question 28 and 29. i am a us citizen and live in US and i have a newborn baby boy in Pakistan. My wife is not a US citizen yet and she is waiting for  her I-130 interview. we want to apply CRBA for our newborn. my question is regarding DS-2029 question 28 and 29. do i have to fill up and motorized it from a notary here in us and  mail it to Pakistan along with ds3053 to my wife as i am going to be present in Pakistan due to covid 19 and my business here in us. or my wife can fill it at the time of interview in front of consular.

Advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
