Oath letter sent person website but still haven't received it.

On February 28th, my status changed and that my oath ceremony has been scheduled and mailed the letter. But I haven't got any letter yet. 

 

I called USCIS yesterday and they told me to wait another week and if I still don't see it. I was advised to call them again so that they can fax it over to me.

However I discovered from this forum that faxed copy doesn't have questionnaires that need to be filled out before the ceremony.

 

The lady on the phone told me that oath ceremony is scheduled for 22nd of March. 

 

Plus I can't get into my web account because I changed my phone number before changing the information in the web account. Whenever I try to log in, it sends the verification code to my old phone number. 

 

What should I do??

11.26.2013 - RFE mail sent notice (through email and text)

11.30.2013 - RFE received (regarding I-864, current income and tax returns)

12.05.2013 - RFE response sent

12.09.2013 - RFE response review

12.18.2013 - I-485 Status changed to "Testing & Interview"

01.06.2014 - EAD approved

01.13.2014 - EAD received

06.13.2014 - Green card received.

04.09.2016 - I-751 submitted to Vermont Service Center

04.11.2016 - I-751 received (USPS Tracking)

05.26.2016 - Fingerprint done.
