Does the petitioner need to submit a letter from their employer or W2s and Pay Stubs are enough?

But now on the USCIS there are several 864 forms... so I guess it mentions the EZ one.

Either I-864 or I-864EZ is fine. You can use either, assuming you qualify for the EZ.

The I-864A is for certain eligible household members to join their income with an I-864 sponsor.

The I-864W is for people exempt from the I-864 requirement (e.g. a child of a USC who will automatically become a USC upon entry on the visa).

I-134 is for the K-1.

I-864 is for AOS. I-864EZ can be used, if you qualify, instead.

An I-864A would only come into play if you have a household member joining their income. For example, a relative of the petitioner living in the same residence. Or if you have a parent as a joint sponsor, normally an I-864A from the other parent (if still married and file taxes jointly) is provided.

An I-864W likely does not apply to you. I can't say for certain as it depends on the specific circumstances. In the vast majority of cases, it does not apply.

Last three months pay stubs? And W2s for the last three years? And tax transcript 2017 are they enough?

And do I have to send each months pay stub in a separate pdf file? Or all three in one file?

One pay stub is enough.  It shows year to date income, right?  If you are sending only one tax return, there is no need for additional W2 forms.  If tax return transcript, no W2's are required but no harm in sending.

Understand your pay stub is evidence of "current income".  W2's and tax return transcripts are about the past.  Both are required but for separate purposes.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Thanks. Submitted my application today. How long it takes them to close the case and schedule the interview?

thanks, is this the case for the joint sponsor or household member?

because my documents were already all approved and we submitted tax returns from our accountant not the transcript. should i bring the transcripts to the interview or upload them to CEAC even though we received our CC?

Idk. If they are approved then probably you don’t need it. But you can get the transcript easily by calling them and giving your fax number. They send in five minutes. We don’t have a joint sponsor so no idea

You don’t have to upload anything as your case is complete.
