Hey! I’m in the same situation as you.. starting to get a bit concerned now.. I hope we all receive the approval soon! 😰

Same here! PD 03/26. The USCIS official site says they are processing December 18 2018, which would mean another 3 months until they get to March but that can't be correct--so many March filers here are approved and already at NVC. Has anyone called and gotten an answer other than "you are still in normal processing time"?

I wonder the same thing. They change these offical time on their website each month (they normally change it around 15th), but they haven’t change it in a while now. These 8-10.5 months has been there for the last 2 months.

I was hoping that they will at least decrease that time range (due to so many March applications already approved) so in worst case scenario we are able so submit “outside of normal processing time” sooner than to wait another three months.

I am also interested if someone else called them so lets hope someone replays. :)

I just received a letter from USCIS concerning my I-130 petition for my stepdaughter. The notification was a Call-In Letter. I now have to report to my local USCIS office and provide more evidence. I have never heard of this before so curious of what other information they would want. When I submitted my application I front loaded it with all the information I could think of. I also provided a letter from the mother giving permission to move to the United States. This is definitely a new one.

For my fellow filers who, like me, had the misfortune of your petition heading to Nebraska, it's gonna be quite a bit longer for us 😬. The "out of normal processing date" for us is still weeks of June 2018, and processing times are currently at 12.5-16 months for just the i130...

I suggest/recommend filing I-129F K3 visa.

Hey! We tried calling them up. But all they do is tell us that our case is still within normal processing time and that we can file a query after the date mentioned online.

Curious thing - the date has moved BACK to December 7th. So I don’t really understand what is happening.

People from April and May are starting to get approved now, and we are getting really concerned and anxious. How many of us March filers are yet to be approved ?

No worries @Mr&Mrs Marshie I understood. Once I call tomorrow I will follow up to share with you what they said. I wonder if we can try and ask for NVC to expedite our cases since USCIS was at fault.

Hey! Were you able to speak to the tier 2 officer? What do you say to be able to talk to them?
We have not even been approved yet, and will not be able to raise a outside of processing time request for atleast another 3.5 months.
I think if we could talk to a tier 2 officer, that would help. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I saw that today and it doesn’t make any sense. I was expecting this time to be decreased... has you status changed at all since NOA1?

Nope. When I log in online, I see that the date has changed to September 5. But it still shows that status as In Process. We have heard nothing from USCIS.

Can the beneficiary speak to the USCIS agent? Which option to do you choose for you to do that when you call? My husband, the USC petitioner busy working during office hours. Thank you.

I was approved in 180 days regular processing (no expedite, k3, etc) and also a March filer, perhaps other people are trying the k3/i129 loophole?

Still waiting! (March 26th)  It should be "any day now"- i tried filing an information request electronically but I got a message saying we were still within normal processing too-- as of today the PD is Dec 8 for Texas where we are. Does the K3 trick still work? Starting to get a little bit desperate

We just called earlier today at 4pm. Gave some info then she puts my husband on hold to check our status. When she spoke again she said it was already approved! Thank God! I cried so hard to hear that news! No updates on websites. She said we should be getting the mail in a few days.
