Congrats!! Are there any difference between a permanent resident filing and US citizen filing for I-130? I see that the time is different for those two in USCIS website.

Quite curious on that too. Permanent resident shows faster processing time from the uscis website. But i think it’s still case to case basis.

I am wondering about that too. USC wife here and PD is 3/6/2019

I asked this question somewhere before, and I believe I was told that this is because PRs have to wait for their spouse/relative to receive an immigrant visa number. This occurs after their i-130 is approved (I think) and can often take some time, whereas a USC petitioning for their spouse doesn't have to wait for a number.

Thank you. This is very impormative. Hoping for the rest of March Filers to get approved soon.
