Hi! So I just checked my USCIS account. Do you guys also get the same message?

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your case.
Current as of today at 9:14 p.m.

Does this mean they are now reviewing March filers for CR1/IR1? It's my first time to check here, I'm just wondering if this means they're starting to look on my papers. Thanks.

I’m not sure. I checked mine it says July 31st with same message as yours

I guess the website has just not been updated.

Texas is processing August and September, I keep checking the VJ timeline and you can see April approvals from both Aug & Sep priority dates.

Im expecting at least 6 more months 😪

Btw Potomac has already approved a February 2019 petition, talk about lucky!!

Hey!

So I keep checking VJ timelines and Igor’s List as well. Is there any way to know if the filers who have been approved are US citizens or permanent residents?

This is actually the site I've used to check the status of the process of my case since I filled. For some odd reason the other site (egov.uscis.gov/) never takes my receipt number and always comes up as an error. It does however show the status of the I-129F that I filled after having received my NOA 1 for the I-130 petition. But the status hasn't changed since I've filled, sadly....The message I get on the same site you are checking is this:

I can only hope that they don't take that long to review it and that I get an approval soon. Not sure if this well help, but just thought I comment on what I am getting as I too am a March filler.

True, the case status on the site not really showing much. Did you request for expedite? Check your mail because the website is not updated sometimes. Yours shows "In Process" so that's a good sign. Hopefully they're getting faster now.

Hi all,

I submitted my i-130 for my spouse back in March, and submitted everything to NVC august 13th & 14th is anyone here on a similar timeline?

NOA1: March 26th 2019 Potomac

NoA2: July 2nd 2019

NVC received: July 18th 2019

NVC Documents Submitted: August 14th 2019

Embassy: SDQ

Hi there,

Mine is below:

NOA1: 28/06/19 Texas

NOA2: 22/06/19

NVC: Has not received anything from them till date so over 2 months... :(

I called to check twice and they just said my IOE petition benefited from a very quick new process and that NVC will likely take longer than the 30 days mentioned to start processing my case.

I am hoping everything will be done by Christmas. Fingers crossed.
