reopening case at NVC (split topic)

My Petition is also approved but not contact with NVC my case close in 2009 how i can re open the case my Father death on 2015 how i can re open my case my father also a Green Card Holder

was your father your petitioner? If so then I understand the petition lapsed when he passed away anyway.

Yes my father was petitioner. he deceased in 2015

My father was my petitioner & my petition was approved on 20 May 2002 and last inquiry on petition on 2006 but NVC close my case on 2009 .

 

i have requested to you please tell me the process of re open my case i have just paid the fee of petition for re open or other process

The issue as I see it is not reopening the case, it is the fact that the sponsor has passed away. There are very limited circumstances in which a petition can be reinstated after this has happened. See https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume7-PartA-Chapter9.html
