I paper filed my n400 back in Oct 2017. I had my interview for naturalization back in Dec 2018 in Dallas. I was recommended for Naturalization, but was told it would take between 6-8 weeks before they could schedule a Judicial Oath Ceremony (because I was changing names.) It has been more than 10 weeks, and still have not got any updates about the oath ceremony. Curiously, my case status online still says "Interview Was Scheduled".

Last week I have submitted an e-request in the Self Service tool, but haven't heard back. Dallas service center does "is not accepting walk-in requests or scheduling InfoPass appointments."

Is there a way to find out what's happening with my oath ceremony, or talk to someone at USCIS? I hope the community can advise.

I have the same problem. I'm waiting for my judicial oath ceremony because I changed my name. I had my interview Feb 12th and my status changed online on 20th of feb to "my oath ceremony will be scheduled". Still waiting till now in indiana. I guess it depends on the state and caseload. I just hope it's fast.

My husband had his interview in Chicago on Dec. 10th, and he was approved (yay!). But we are still waiting on an oath ceremony letter. It's been over three months at this point, and I don't know who to contact. If we log into the website will we be able to make an InfoPass request?
