You might need to double check witch visa you filed for. If your married already, you cannot file for K-1. You would have to file for K-3 or CR-1/IR-1. K-1 and K-3 both use the I-129F form, but with K-3 its filed after you file the I-130 form. Look at the guides if you have any questions.

Thanks, I will ask my immigration lawyer again, it seems one day I know exactly what is going on and then with all the stress and other things being thrown at me I forget some things. :wacko:
