I entered into the states right before Christmas with my K1 visa,  some time early of Jan I received my Social security card, then my partner and I got married on Jan 28th and we already got 3 copies of marriage certificate at county clerk office. Yesterday I got my medical test result back from MD recommended by USCIS. My partner and I are planning to mail the AOS documents to USCIS today or tomorrow. I also got my passport and visa copies, even a few passport photos USCIS requires. My partner got his financial form ready in hand. Can someone please list up all document for AOS ? Thank you so much. Here is the list of documents I have in hand.

No.1 Social security card

No.2 Marriage certificate ( 3 copies)

No.3 my passport and visa copies.

No.4 I-94 ( I printed 4 pages of i-94 records)

No.5 i-693 medical test, all sealed up. Doc even gave me an extra copy of i-693.

No.6 i-485 form, already filled up.

No.7 i-684 financial support form.

No.8 a few photos of me for AOS.

What else do I need?

it's required on USCIS website for AOS

If you are a K1 and completed your K1 medical and vaccinations overseas, all you need to do is apply for AOS within one year of your overseas medical date. You do not need a new medical in the US.

From the I485 instructions:

10. Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693) Form I-485 applicants for adjustment of status are required to have a medical examination to show that they are free from health conditions that would make them inadmissible. This does not apply to registry applicants and individuals born under diplomatic immunity in the United States. If you are filing Form I-485 under the nonimmigrant fiancé(e), asylee, or refugee category, see the Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, Instructions for more information on whether you need to submit the full Form I-693 or only certain parts because you already had a medical examination overseas."

And from the I693 instructions:

3. What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical examination overseas?

If you were admitted as a: A. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or B. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and C. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then: (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year of an overseas medical examination; and (a) The panel physician did not find a class A medical condition during your overseas examination; or (b) The panel physician did find a class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility, and you have complied with the terms and conditions of the waiver. (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 9. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 3., 4., 6., and 9. of Form I-693."

As a K1, you do not need a new medical.
