Good morning guys! If you got denied I360 what should i do ? Cause my fiancé s getting married me soon I have to send them a letter or file the adjustment. Thank you

They asked me for taxes papers my late husband ddnt want to give it to me .so I sent what I had .not enough evidence.

if you were listed as a spouse on the tax papers you can get a copy for yourself through IRS.

The letter will explain your options...and the reason for denial.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I called I couldn’t get them cause it was since 2011 to 2013 .they asked me to ask my ex to call them .

He never sent any papers for me .i had TPs he told me to not renew it cause he will send the papers.so I’m 2015 I found he lying I got a lawyer to help me file the I 360 cause i was verbal abuse .in 2017 we got divorced.i sent my I 360 since 2016 now I got denied

Yes i was married 6 years.i couldn’t that s why I got the lawyer and I assume he ddnt do a good job .i was with my ex since i was 15 in my country I even provide them

the pictures with him when I was in high school
