HELLO EVERYONE.

... WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP, I JUST RECEIVE EMAIL FROM nvc about the case number .... help what we need to do for now .... do we have action to process ds3230..

I don't think your question is clear... What did NVC say? Are they asking you for something? Are they telling you something's being done with your file??

Plus your timeline doesn't look complete so it's harder to help you

well just receive email from NVC stated there that they receive our case and they give case number.that is all

I don't mean to sound harsh but you really need to read the guides and James' shortcuts in the NVC forum to help you with each step of the process. I've been telling you this in several posts for a while now and you keep asking the same questions. :no:

CR-1

02/05/07 - I-130 sent to NSC

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

I would answer similarly, Jarl and it is not because I am bothered. It is because that is our advice. What you really need to do is study the guides and James' shortcuts. The answers to many of your recent questions and specifically this latest one, are there. After you study them, we would be happy to answer your specific questions just as we do for all others.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
