ok i have a quick question, im sitting here filling out the i864 for my spouse. in section A ive already entered my husband of course, but then when it is determining my household size in part C it asks if if i am currently married and to enter my spouse. do i enter him again?? it would add a non-existent 3rd person to my household size but it seems like im lying if i say no lol. im assuming i probably enter 0 but i just wanna check, any thoughts?

My husband entered '0' when he filed for me; the form also says not to enter a person twice

May-29-07 Interview scheduled!! Received I-797C, Notice of action dated May 23

Jun-07-07 : E-mail from CRIS stating card production ordered for EAD on June 7th

Jun-12-07 : Another e-mail from CRIS stating card production ordered for EAD on June 12th?!

June 15-07 : E-mail saying that "Approval notice sent" for EAD

July-11-07 Interview, I-130 approved, AOS pending (name check)

Aug-14-07 E-mail from CRIS, notifying a welcoming notice was sent to the new perm. resident!!!

dunno about the touches before that
