We had a very positive experience there. Very friendly staff, we were interviewed by a female, young officer who was professional and very nice.

She asked me some of the terrorist, prostitute etc. questions, we talked about how we met and that was it! Didn't want to see any pictures or additional proof, even though (or maybe because) we brought lots of it.

My namecheck wasn't done at the time of the interview, but it cleared about two months later, so no problem there, either.

She told us they check on all their pending cases once a week to make sure once the namecheck has cleared everybody is on their way!

You can check my timeline as well for my experience....we were treated well and had no problems...got our passport stamped, etc. the only issue was that our greencard never came, and we had to give them a heads-up about that, but we finally got it after we told them it never came....we never did find out what happened, but who cares...we got it. Now we have a year until we lift the conditions, hopefully that will be without any hassles.....who knows with this process
