No EAD and Green Card over A year and half

Its been over a year and half now since i filed.I have still no recieved My green card.I came on a k1 visa in june 2017,got married july 2017.Have a son with my fiancee who just turn a year.I renewed my work permit ,been over 6 months now no sign of a new one.Can someone please help me if there is any number i can call to talk to someone at uscis as the automated voice does not give me the option to talk to customer service anytime i call uscis customer service.Am currently in texas as things were getting too hard for me and my family in NY.My wife and son is still in new york.they visit me every two months.My wife still in new york so she can still support the family .Anyone on here with a similar situation should be advise on what to do.thank you .

What does you case status say? Are you in line for interview? Did you submit change of address?

 

Have you submitted a out of processing online?

 

Texas Service center (if that is who you are with??) are processing I-485 of June 5th 2017 as of now.

@Georgia16 my Green card case status says they scheduling me for interview and my work permit says as of August 2018,my finger print review is complete as i would hear from them should they need any additional infor wor when they make a decision.i did not submit a change of address because my wife and son is still residing in new york and i did not want the process to still prolong as it has already should i change my address.

What is out of processing??

I filed with national benefits centre.

I filed with national benefits centre.

You have to change your address within 10 days of moving. They are very very clear with that! 

 

There really isn't anything you can do as for the GC because you are inline for the interview and it can take quite some time. So there you can just wait. As for the EAD you can contact them but only if you are outside normal processing time for that one.

In your title you say no EAD when you just renewed your work permit?  EAD is the work permit

Yeah i spoke to my lawyer he said as long as my wife is in new york i should still keep the new york address.i see my wife every two months.How long would it take to get a new ead.as its been over 6 months.thank you

Your EAD was automatically renewed for an additional 180 days beyond the expiration of your original EAD.  What is the expiration date of the original EAD?

The expiring date of my original ead was 11/13/2018.

@Georgia16 @payxibka @Cyberfx1024 i just got my appointment letter for the interview.A part of it says that i should submit my sponsorship unless already submitted.It said the same thing about my medicals but went and had a new medicals as its been over a year.I want to know if i should still get the necessary documents from my sponsorship even though i had already submitted with the initial filing.thank you
