Hello Everyone, creating this thread so we can get help from our fellows who have/had interviews at the Nigeria embassy's in Lagos/Abuja. 

Kindly share your experiences, tips and advices or anything that can help.

You might try using the search function of this web site.  There are many experiences regarding that embassy.  Lagos is, historically, a difficult consulate.  Good luck.

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Hello, yes I noticed. However I thought it would be nice to see the experience of people who have interviewed this year at the Lagos/Abuja embassy. There is not much information about interviews that has been happening since January 2019, I reckon some things may have changed, it would be nice to know what if they have. Just to help others.
